About the issue

This Reality Check aims to contribute to strengthening and popularizing the discourse on militarization of ODA in Asia Pacific. Through unique perspectives from CSOs in the region, this issue discusses the changing mandates of ODA and how it is being diverted from poverty reduction to foreign policy priorities and global
security interests of donor countries.
